It may add another entry in your library (i.e. If you buy an Origin code for the Complete Collection from the Humble Store, GameStop, etc, it should still redeem on Origin, but I'm not certain how that would work for people who already own the standard edition of Alice: Madness Returns on Origin. The Complete Collection used to be sold on Origin.
Instead, you launch American McGee's Alice from the in-game menu in Alice: Madness Returns (alternatively, you could directly run the original game's executable or add a shortcut in Origin to the original game's executable). If you buy it, American McGee's Alice won't be listed as a separate entry in your library. Alice: Madness Returns - The Complete Collection is a legitimate version.
