And even if Obito does have a transformation, the big pressense of infinifes and Kon easily prevent Obito from tranaforming. His U is punishable once you learn the timing, since it does have some end lag even if it isn't a lot of end lag, so U > SJ is not really that good. Obito isn't really good if you tey to use him in a standing stance and try to deal with attacks by hold s or parrying them.
